At En Gold, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our stone and marble collections, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't quite right for your space, we offer a 14-day return window for most items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare for Transport

  Carefully repackage your item in its original custom crating or packaging to ensure the natural stone remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate a specialized white-glove courier to collect the item from your residence at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the item for damages, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus shipping and restocking fees.
